Itinerary

DAY 1

Arrival in Zagreb & Preparation for the Journey Ahead

Upon arrival at Zagreb Airport, you will be greeted and privately transferred to your accommodation in Zagreb. After check-in, the rest of the day is reserved for you to relax, unwind, and settle in after your journey.

DAY 2

Zagreb & Plešivica – City Heritage and Wine Country Elegance

After breakfast, the day begins with a guided walking tour through the vibrant capital of Zagreb, a city where Central European charm meets a relaxed Mediterranean spirit. The tour takes you through both the Upper and Lower Town, revealing the cultural and historical layers that define Zagreb.

DAY 3

Alpine Escape & Capital Charm – Lake Bled and Ljubljana

Today we will leave Zagreb and continue our journey north into Slovenia, a small yet remarkably diverse country known for its Alpine landscapes, emerald rivers, and charming historic towns.

DAY 4

Postojna Cave – The Underground Marvel of Europe & Arrival in Romantic Rovinj

Today we will depart from Ljubljana and head towards one of Slovenia’s most fascinating natural and historical regions, where dramatic landscapes meet extraordinary underground worlds.

DAY 5

Brijuni National Park – Island Heritage, Safari Landscapes & Relaxed Adriatic Evening

Your day begins with a comfortable transfer from Rovinj to the coastal town of Fažana, a charming fishing village overlooking the Brijuni archipelago. From here, you will take a short boat ride to Brijuni National Park, an extraordinary group of 14 pristine islands once serving as the private summer residence of Josip Broz Tito and today protected as one of Croatia’s most unique national parks.

DAY 6

Grožnjan & Motovun – Istrian Hilltop Towns, Art, Truffles & Wine Country Experience

Sometimes the sea and sun are simply replaced by green hills, stone towns, and a quieter rhythm of life—and that is exactly what defines inland Istria. After time spent along the Adriatic coast, a short drive inland reveals a completely different landscape, where hilltop towns rise above vineyards, forests, and valleys, preserving their medieval structure and historical character.

DAY 7

Plitvice Lakes National Park – Waterfalls, Legends & Arrival in Zadar

We will start the day early to make the most of our visit to Plitvice Lakes National Park, allowing us to avoid the crowds and experience the park in its most peaceful and atmospheric setting.

DAY 8

Zadar Heritage, Krka Waterfalls & Arrival in Split – From History to Natural Grandeur

We begin the morning in Zadar with a guided walking tour through its atmospheric old town, a peninsula shaped by over 3,000 years of continuous history. You will explore key landmarks such as the Roman Forum, the Church of St. Donatus, and the Cathedral of St. Anastasia, while also experiencing the city’s unique modern highlights—the Sea Organ and the Sun Salutation—where architecture and nature come together through sound, light, and movement of the sea.

DAY 9

Klis Fortress & Trogir UNESCO Gem – Split Discovery and Coastal Heritage

We begin the day with a short drive from Split to the dramatic Klis Fortress, one of the most important defensive structures in Dalmatia. Perched on a narrow ridge between the coastal mountains and the Adriatic Sea, Klis has played a strategic role for centuries, controlling access to the region and serving as a stronghold against various empires. Today, it offers spectacular panoramic views over Split, the surrounding islands, and the entire coastline, making it one of the most impressive viewpoints in the area.

DAY 10

From Split to Mostar – Počitelj & Blagaj Stops, Historic Old Town Walk in Mostar

We begin our journey early in the morning, departing from Split and heading inland across the border into Bosnia and Herzegovina, a country where dramatic landscapes, river valleys, and Ottoman heritage come together to create a deeply atmospheric travel experience.

DAY 11

Mostar to Dubrovnik – Ston, Oysters & Evening Walk

We will depart from Mostar in the morning and travel towards the Adriatic coast, crossing into Croatia and continuing along the scenic route towards southern Dalmatia.

DAY 12

Bay of Kotor Experience – Perast & Kotor Old Town

We will depart early in the morning from Dubrovnik and travel south along the Adriatic coast into Montenegro, crossing the border and continuing towards one of the most scenic regions in the Balkans—the Bay of Kotor.

DAY 13

Dubrovnik City Walls, Srđ Cable Car & Sunset Cruise Finale

We begin the day in Dubrovnik with a morning walk along the famous city walls, one of the most iconic experiences in the Adriatic. The walls offer a unique perspective over the Old Town, with views of terracotta rooftops, narrow stone streets, and the sparkling Adriatic Sea. Along the way, you will see key landmarks such as the Minceta Tower, Bokar Fortress, and Lovrijenac Fortress, all part of Dubrovnik’s impressive defensive system.

DAY 14

Departure & Until Next Time

On our final day, we will check out from our hotel in Dubrovnik and head towards the airport for your departure. After an unforgettable journey through the Balkans and the Adriatic, filled with historic towns, breathtaking landscapes, and unique local experiences, it is time to say goodbye for now.
